Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama. Advanced Mobile Wound Care has set protocols authored from best practice standards that must be followed. The candidate will be trained on differential diagnostics and certifications may be obtained at the employer’s expense if required.

• At least 2 years prior wound care experience is required.
• Strong bedside manner and demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with patients and other clinicians and bedside nurses
• Leadership abilities to manage care for multiple facilities and work well with nursing and administrative staff
• Exceptional skills with electronic and digital equipment (Microsoft Surface, email, texting, apps used for communication and HIPAA security)
• The Registered Nurse provides patient care for specifically assigned patients including assessments, care, evaluations, and education
• Provide compassionate care to diverse patients and their families
• Communicates effectively with the entire care team including the patient’s community primary care provider and health plan care/service coordinator
• Critical thinking and reasoning

Advanced Mobile Wound Care supports its team members with:

• Part-time, one to three days a week Monday-Friday; no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call
• Billing functions managed by Advanced Mobile Wound Care
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Access to leading researchers in the field
• Support Network system of physicians, nurses, and other leaders

Registered Nurse(Required) Experience:
Wound/skincare: 2 years

EMR systems: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Remote

COVID-19 Considerations: COVID Vaccination or waiver required

Medical Specialties: Wound Care

Pay: $35 to $40/hour

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile traveled from home or office to the patient when using your personal vehicle

Candidates must be an experienced medical assistant. Advanced Mobile Wound Care has set protocols authored from best practice standards that must be followed. The candidate will be trained to assist in the treatment and healing of hard to heal wounds.

• At least 3 years prior medical assistant experience is required.
• Strong bedside manner and demonstrated ability to work well and collaborate with patients and other clinicians and bedside nurses
• Leadership abilities to manage care for multiple facilities and work well with nursing and administrative staff
• Exceptional skills with electronic and digital equipment (Microsoft Surface, email, texting, apps used for communication and HIPAA security)
• The Medical Assistant provides assistance to nursing and medical staff in treating wound care patients in the patient's home, hospitals, outpatient wound centers, long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, residential care communities or group homes.
• Provide compassionate care to diverse patients and their families
• Communicates effectively with the entire care team including the patient’s community primary care provider and health plan care/ service coordinator
• Critical thinking and reasoning
